A will is a legal document that says who inherits your home, money and belongings, who looks after your children, and who carries out your wishes. Without one the law decides, and it doesn't always choose the people you'd expect, especially if you're not married. If you have children, a home or a partner, you need one.
Is a will written online legally valid?
Yes, once it's signed and witnessed properly. Your will is prepared from your answers (and checked by a qualified specialist, with Reviewed or Guided), and comes with clear signing instructions: sign it in front of two independent witnesses, who sign too. What are mirror wills?
